Baystone LLC ("Baystone", "we", "us") is a limited liability company registered in New Mexico, United States. We build and operate digital products, including software, tools and online services (collectively, the "Services"). Individual products operated by Baystone may have their own additional terms, presented on their respective websites.
By accessing our websites or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not:
Some Services may require an account or paid subscription. All applicable fees are disclosed at the point of purchase. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (such as Stripe); we do not store your full card details. By purchasing, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method you provide.
Unless a different policy is stated at the point of sale for a specific product: subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the current billing period, and refund requests may be made within 14 days of the initial purchase by contacting hello@wearebaystone.com. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
The Services, including all software, design, text and branding, are owned by Baystone LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Baystone LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
